Small Oil Painting, Abstract, orange green and purple, 8 x 10"

This is a small original abstract oil I call it "Study in Shapes and Color". Before I started this painting I decided to use a orange, green, and purple color harmony and swirling shapes. I may have been subconsciously thinking of my husband's guitars. What I like about abstract shapes is they are like clouds when looking at them it's a personal experience as to what one sees or feels. This painting turned out to be one of my favorite designs and it will be hard to part with. The painting measures 6x8 and in its black frame it measures 8" x 10". The black frame really sets off the drama in the painting. It would be a beautiful gift.
